Q: Where is your business located?
A: Upstate NY near the Adirondack Park in the hamlet of Natural Bridge.

Q: Are you open to the public?
A: Yes, we are.  Our physical location is open Thursday-Monday, 12pm-6pm.  We are scheduled as closed on Tuesday and Wednesday though sometimes we open up just because.  If ever in doubt please just contact us before making the trip to see us.  We are very responsive to calls and messages.

Q: Do you sell gold or diamonds?
A: No we do not carry high end jewelry.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: When is the next sale!?
A: Follow our social media pages for regular updates or checkout our schedule page on here!

Q: Are you going out of business?
A: We will sooner die on this hill;)

Q: Are you the ones creating your jewelry?
A: Nicole is a beader but not a silversmith. We have been collecting and selling sterling silver jewelry since the 80s and are still in contact with all of our silversmiths personally.

Q: Do you have information on the provenance of your artworks?
A: In almost all cases we are the first and only owners of the pieces we sell, and we still retain most of our artists contact information.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Please contact us as this decision goes on a case by case basis.

Q: I saw an item in store but it’s not available online?
A: Unfortunately we cannot offer some items online due to issues with shipping efficiency, please contact us directly as we may be able to work with you to get you the items you need/want.

Q: Do you accept payment plans?
A: Please contact us as this decision goes on a case by case basis.

Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We currently are accepting PayPal, money orders and checks.  Though for online sales it is currently only PayPal, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: Is your payment processing secure?
A: Yes, both PayPal and Shopify are PCI compliant.
